The Quincy Park District will once again offer Low Impact Fitness Classes this Fall, Winter and Spring. The class will feature a gentle warmup, floor exercise and a low impact style workout. This class is taught by Diane Giesing, a long time L.I.F.E. participant, instructor for 2 years and fitness enthusiast.
