    Zumba Fitness is a dance-fitness class that combines Latin and International music and dance moves. The combination of music and movement creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program.

    Zumba Fitness was designed for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. It is exercise in disguise.

    Zumba Step
    Held on Wednesdays and Fridays

    Zumba Step is perfect for those who are looking to feel the burn. Looking to strengthen and tone up your legs and glutes? Step right up!

    Zumba Step works by combining awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. It is designed to increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt yoru core and legs.

    This is a hour long class instructed by Mary Kay Costigan, certified Zumba instructor. The fee is $50.00 for a 10 punch card. Participants may attend class on any or all days. Zumba punch cards can be used to attend Aqua Zumba classes too!

    Participants must register and obtain your punch card at the Quincy Park District office, 1231 Bonansinga Dr. between 8- 5 p.m., Mon.-Fri. Punch cards will not be available to purchase at class. Participants must have their card to enter class.(No exceptions).

    Class is held:
    Mondays 6:45-7:45pm
    Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm Zumba Step
    Fridays 6:00-7:00pm Zumba Step
    Saturdays 9:00-10:00am
    AGES 16+.
